Yakov is the Executive Director of Operations for Pegasus Residential overseeing the companies entire portfolio. He has over 18 years of experience in property management and has operated in metro markets throughout NC, SC, GA, TX, AL, and VA. Yakov began his career with Equity Residential and also worked for Colonial Properties. Yakov has managed a variety of asset types and has extensive experience operating class-A, lease-up, and repositioning projects for private investors as well as public REITs. Yakov graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
