Todd Butler is the Chief Technology Officer at Sentral, a revolutionary multifamily operator of urban residential communities redefining the way people live, travel, and work. Todd has 17+ years of experience as a technologist, with over ten of those years dedicated to PropTech. In that time, he has developed a home sharing platform for multifamily operators, bespoke middleware, and ERP systems that have run NMHC top 50 managers.

Most recently, Todd was the Senior Vice President and product owner of Migo, a flexible living product partnership between RealPage and Airbnb. Prior to Migo, Todd was a Partner and CTO of Niido, the first-of-its-kind multifamily apartment operator designed for resident home sharing in partnership with Airbnb. He was also the CTO at Kettler Management, Director of Technology Development at The Bozzuto Group, and Director of Marketing Technology at Riverstone Residential (now Greystar). Todd received his MBA from The George Washington University and his BSBA from The University of Central Florida. He currently resides in Dallas, TX.
