Shawaun M. Alexander is Vice President of Operations Software & Systems for Bozzuto. She is charged with the strategy, integration and support of Bozzuto’s technical property management systems and applications used across the organization’s nationwide footprint totaling nearly 100,000 units. Shawaun has held roles ranging from property operations to software and product integration during her 16-year tenure with the organization. Her vast experience and in-depth technological knowledge provide the company with exceptional understanding of the nuanced needs of their employees, clients and residents. She is passionate about innovation in the marketing technology space and the role that it plays in creating an extraordinary customer experience.  Shawaun currently serves on the NMHC Innovation and Emerging Tech Committee  and ULI Tech and Innovation Council.
