As the Vice President of Operations for Morgan Properties, Samantha is responsible for the successful oversight and support of all property management functions with a specific focus on analyzing, improving and streamlining operational performance of the Company’s more than 90,000 units. Samantha brings 20+ years operational experience in a variety of roles within the Multi-family industry and her unique skillset allows her to effectively identify practical opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency. Samantha joined Morgan Properties in 2019 with the acquisition of the Morgan Communities portfolio where she held the position of Director of Revenue Management and Business Process. She was instrumental in the successful transition of these 90+ assets totaling over 20,000 units, making Morgan Properties the 5th largest multifamily owner at that time. During her 11 years at Morgan Communities, Samantha led the implementation of Revenue Management across 30,000 units and developed their first Revenue Management and Operations Support department. She has additional experience in site operations management as a former Property Manager and Regional Manager. Prior to Morgan Communities, she started her Property Management career with Home Properties in Operations and Internal Audit.
