Phillip McCorkle is an Enterprise Managing Consultant with RealFoundations and has over 20 years of experience working within the engineering, construction and real estate markets, focusing primarily on commercial owner/operators and real estate investment firms. Phillip specializes in strategic information systems planning, operational diagnostic assessments, business transformation, post-merger integration, technology implementation and international deployment strategies.

Throughout his career, Phillip has provided advisory services to some of the most well-respected names in real estate in areas focused on operational and technology transformation, information-driven technology strategy, process improvement and program management, as well as post-merger integration management. Phillip has built lasting relationships with several of the most respected names in the industry including AIMCO, Blackstone, Carr Properties, First Key Homes, Gazit Globe, Granite Properties, Hines Interests, Invesco, Invitation Homes, JP Morgan, Kimco Realty, Link Industrial Properties, MAA and Western National Group.

Prior to joining RealFoundations as a founding member, Phillip held consulting positions with Ernst & Young, Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.  Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems Business Analysis.
