Nate Arnold is a Real Estate Development executive with a wealth of experience in the multi-family sector. During his career, Nate has led teams that delivered 5,000+ units of housing in multiple, placemaking developments throughout major North American markets. Nate’s expertise includes national and regional roles in the commercial mixed-use and urban infill sectors, with a project portfolio that includes developments from Atlanta to Hawaii.
Prior to joining Z Modular, Nate served as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at Brookfield Properties and holds master's degrees in construction management and real estate development from the University of Southern California.
