Monika Henn is a Director for the Urban Land Institute’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance at the Urban Land Institute, a worldwide alliance of real estate owners committed to improving the environmental performance of the industry. Monika leads research and content creation on numerous sustainability topics, including the development of real estate ESG programs, embodied carbon, and city climate policies. She also has extensive experience in ESG data collection and reporting. Monika is a LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Ambassador. She holds a B.S. in Biology from The University of Virginia and an M.S. in Aquatic Resources from Texas State University.
