Meredith Wright, CAPS, CPM is the President of Mission Rock Residential, ranked in the top 3 Best Places to Work in Multifamily in 2023. As President, Meredith oversees and directs the operations for more than 30,000 multifamily units consisting of Conventional, Senior, Affordable, and Lease-Up properties in 17 states for a diverse client base with a portfolio value of over $6.8 billion.

Meredith leads a skilled team of property management professionals that have a proven ability to manage people, processes and each client’s asset to their specific objectives, thereby maximizing the financial performance and full potential of each investment.

Meredith has been in the field of property management for over 25 years, previously as the Executive Vice President of the Eastern Region, while also overseeing the IT, Data Analytics and Treasury teams for Mission Rock. Meredith was one of the key founding members and Vice President of Operations for Echelon Property Group in Denver. Prior to that she was also the Vice President of Operations for Baron Properties and spent 5 years as regional Manager with Legacy Partners in both Northern California and Colorado.
