Meaghan Kroener Janson joined Crescent Communities in 2019 as part of the Texas development team and works on deal sourcing, client development, initial feasibility, and concept design through project development, construction, and disposition. She currently manages the development of a multi-family, high-rise project, NOVEL Turtle Creek, currently under lease-up in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas.
Prior to Crescent Communities, Meaghan was the Director of Planning – Development with Streetlights Residential where she had full start to finish development responsibilities as well as focused initial deal feasibility efforts firm-wide. Prior to this role, Meaghan worked as an architect both in Washington, DC, and San Francisco with WRT Solomon ETC, Roma Design Group, and Torti Gallas & Partners, Inc.
Meaghan is highly active in the Urban Land Institute, sitting as Chair of the ULI Center for Leadership class of 2021 and sitting on the Steering Committee for the ULI DFW Urban Plan group. She also is a long-standing member of the Oak Lawn Committee.
Meaghan earned a Master of Business Administration from The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Meaghan is a Licensed Architect and a LEED AP.
