Joshua Clark has been an economist at Zillow Group since 2017, specializing in the rentals business. He has played a key role in metric development, including the creation of the Zillow Observed Rent Index (ZORI). Joshua has presented at numerous conferences and served as a spokesperson for Zillow, with his insights featured in top-tier media including Forbes, The New York Times and USA Today.  

Currently, Joshua focuses on guiding rental business decisions by leveraging internal and macroeconomic data, utilizing the economic toolkit that has been his expertise throughout his career.

Joshua holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from Manhattan College and a master's degree in economics from the University of Oregon.
