
Chris Tourtellotte
Chris Tourtellotte serves as a Managing Director of LaTerra, one of the most active real estate investment and development companies in the southwestern U.S.
LaTerra and its general contractor affiliate, LT Building Corp., are acquiring and developing residential and self storage projects, with more than 3,000 multifamily and build for rent units and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and self storage space. The estimated value of LaTerra’s current projects at completion exceeds $3 billion.
Prior to joining LaTerra, Mr. Tourtellotte spent 7 years at Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM), a global real estate private equity investment fund manager with over $50 billion of gross assets under management. Most recently at PGIM, Mr. Tourtellotte held the position of Director, overseeing all apartment development activity in the Western US.
Mr. Tourtellotte co-founded SnowGlobe Music Festival, which was ultimately acquired by MTV. SnowGlobe is a world-renowned annual music festival (featuring the largest musical acts in the world) drawing over 50,000 attendees over the three-day event. Mr. Tourtellotte was responsible for raising the capital, and structuring the investment vehicle prior to the inaugural 2011 festival.
