With over 16 years of experience in senior housing, Ben Burke oversees all aspects of the Headwaters Group including pipeline origination, development, asset management, investment management and finance/capital markets.
Prior to forming Headwaters Group, Ben worked as the president and founding team member of Anthology Senior Living, the 37th largest owner and operator of senior housing in the US. Before Anthology, he worked as the vice president of development and investor relations at Spectrum Retirement Communities and a due diligence analyst at Archstone Apartments. Ben received his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Denver.
