Ann Atkinson

Ann Atkinsonserves as Managing Director at Regions Bank, where she oversees the Small Loanand Market Real Estate Production teams across the institution’s nationalplatform. She joined Regions in 2022, bringing nearly 25 years of experience incommercial real estate lending and a proven track record of leadership inagency finance.

Prior to joiningRegions, Atkinson spent two decades at Fannie Mae, where she held the positionof Senior Director within the Multifamily Customer Engagement division. In thiscapacity, she led the Midwest Customer Engagement team, directing production strategyand managing loan deliveries from Fannie Mae’s nationwide network of DelegatedUnderwriting and Servicing (DUS) Lenders. Her tenure was marked by a strongfocus on lender relationship management, transaction negotiation, and strategicexecution across multiple business lines.

Atkinson alsoserved as program manager for Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Small Loan program,where she set and executed strategic production strategy to consistently exceedcorporate objectives.  

Earlier in hercareer, Atkinson worked as a multifamily credit underwriter at BerkshireMortgage Finance. A native of Chicago, Illinois, she holds a Bachelor ofScience degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
