As a Senior Vice President with Colliers Mortgage, Mr. Hartman specializes in secondary market debt solutions. In this role, he is responsible for originating multifamily and healthcare loans across the United States, specializing in FHA,Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac lending programs. In addition to these programs,Mr. Hartman offers debt solutions for other asset types including hospitality, industrial, and self-storage through correspondent relationships with life companies and debt funds. Mr. Hartman was also instrumental in establishing the Clayton, MO based debt office for Colliers in March 2022, expanding Colliers’ strength in the Midwest, partnering with the investment real estate sales teams in surrounding regional markets.

As an established professional with more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Hartman has considerable experience in loan origination for FHA and Agency debt products. He leverages an expansive network to create value and synergy across his client base. His underwriting background and expertise make him a reliable resource for problem-solving and navigating clients through the financing process.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Mr. Hartman led the St. Louis debt office for PGIM Real Estate, building an office of eight team members and relocating the hub for FHA underwriting to St. Louis. During his tenure at PGIM, Adrian closed 87 FHA & Agency loans totaling over $630 million in loan proceeds. External loan closings occurred across this period on dozens of other properties, totaling over $300 million in loan proceeds.

Adrian’s career in lending began at Love Funding Corp. in 2006 where he began as a processor, quickly being promoted to underwriter. As Vice President - Senior Underwriter, he earned his MAP and LEAN underwriting certificates and was among the top underwriters in the company before beginning his production role in 2012 as the company’s youngest originator ranking 5th in overall production within his first year. In an underwriting capacity at Love, he closed over 50 multifamily and healthcare transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $250 million.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, with a dual-major for finance and banking and real estate from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Mr. Hartman also currently holds a Missouri real estate salesperson license.
