Bio:

Pratik Dhebri is an enterprise-scale operator with more than 20 years of experience using technology, data, and AI to transform complex businesses, modernize operating models, and create measurable enterprise value across real estate, enterprise software, analytics, and high-growth technology companies.

As Vice President and Head of Digital Products at AvalonBay Communities, Pratik leads initiatives that apply AI, data, and intelligent automation to transform resident experiences, modernize operations, and redesign how large-scale multifamily organizations work. His focus is on translating emerging technologies into practical business outcomes through better workflows, operating models, and enterprise platforms.

Prior to AvalonBay, Pratik held executive leadership roles at CBRE, where he led digital transformation and software businesses for global workplace and facilities operations, and at Veritone, where he helped scale the company’s AI platform ahead of its IPO. His career also includes leadership roles at Qualcomm, Tata Consultancy Services, and Polaris Wireless, spanning AI, enterprise software, analytics, telecommunications, and operational technology.

Pratik is an advisor to Forum Ventures’ Built World & PropTech Industry Council, serves on the Parks Associates Smart Spaces Advisory Board, and is the inventor on seven U.S. patents spanning AI, analytics, and intelligent systems. He is passionate about helping organizations build AI-native operating models that drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value.
