Khushbu Sikaria is the Chief Operating Officer at Collective Residential, an acquisitions platform transforming the multifamily property management industry through a nationwide rollup model—leveraging AI, process innovation, and a strong focus on employee and resident experience. In her role, Khushbu leads Collective’s operational strategy, execution, and organizational performance across people, operations, legal and finance, marketing, and M&A. She focuses on connecting strategy to execution, building scalable systems, and developing high-performing teams that drive growth and operational excellence.
A multifamily innovator and business strategist, Khushbu has spent her career driving transformation at the intersection of real estate, technology, and consumer experience. Before joining Collective, she held executive leadership roles at Willow Bridge, Sentral, and Bozzuto, where she led multiple functions across large-scale residential portfolios.
