Joshua Westerberg is Head of Originations, Western Region for Mesa West Capital out of the private lender’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Mesa West in 2018, Mr. Westerberg was the head of the Structured Finance Division at Palmer Capital. Prior to Palmer Capital, he spent five years at Wells Fargo Bank in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Division and subsequently joined Legg Mason Real Estate Investors. Mr. Westerberg received his MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
