Jennifer Staciokas

Bio:

Jennifer oversees the corporate strategy and planning function, AI strategy and adoption, corporate marketing and communications, and procurement, in addition to providing executive sponsorship to our enterprise project management efforts at Willow Bridge Property Company. In addition, she leads the national operational support functions for our property management business: operations & performance, capital & facilities management, and asset strategy & optimization. Jennifer's role is focused on driving consistency, continuous improvement, and measurable results across the entire company.

Jennifer began her career in the multifamily industry 27 years ago. Since that time, she has served in numerous capacities at two of the nation's largest property management firms as well as building a property management company from the ground up for a Canadian-based investment company.

She holds a B.A. in French from West Chester University and an M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University. Jennifer is a regular guest speaker, facilitator and moderator at many of the industry's most renowned conferences as well as an active participant in NAA and NMHC. She gives her time to various industry advisory boards such as Multifamily Executive, Entryway, Connexus and Nurture Boss. Jennifer is the recipient of the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Award in 2016 and 2021, the AMA Tributes Executive of the Year Award in 2022 and was named one of the 2023 AZ Big Media Women Leaders.
