Eric Garrett

Bio:

As the Founder and CEO of The Garrett Companies, Eric Garrett leads the company’s strategic vision and oversees its operations. Under his leadership, The Garrett Companies has become one of the nation’s top multifamily real estate development and construction organizations, as recognized by the National Multifamily Housing Council.
Since 1999, Eric has developed and delivered over 70 projects in 22 states, totaling more than 20,000 apartment units. The Garrett Companies is an industry leader in forecasting trends and delivering properties that find quick success in the market. The company also manages apartment communities and develops mixed-use, retail, and office properties.
Having grown up in apartment communities, Eric developed a deep passion for creating high-quality housing accessible to individuals across the income levels. After graduating from Indiana State University, he began his career in multifamily brokerage and quickly moved to the development side of the business. Leading him to establish The Garrett Companies not long thereafter.
