Ellie Norton is president of Rentyl Apartments & Homes, bringing more than 28 years of experience across the owner/operator and supplier sides of the multifamily industry. She has supported portfolios exceeding 15,000 units across lease-up, stabilized, mixed-use, urban and age-restricted communities. Norton is known for driving operational growth, market share and asset performance through data-driven strategies and team leadership. She holds CAPS and CAM designations, is a CPM candidate and serves as a faculty member for the National Apartment Association Education Institute. In 2023, she was inducted into the Apartment Association of North Carolina Hall of Fame.
