Bio:
Chris Bench is the Development Director for Vivmark Residential’s Southern California region. Chris manages multifamily and mixed-use developments and has overseen the development of 1,600 new residential units totaling $800 million in development costs. He leads the acquisition and development process through entitlements, permitting, construction, and lease-up. Prior to joining Vivmark Residential in 2021, Chris worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, where he authored appraisal reports throughout the West Coast. Chris received an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
